No positives only a trap would be set up for employers gain. Management is least bothered about employees only Favouritism is preferred. Better to stay out of puppets.

In my experience working at Techouts is completely disheartening. This company lacks clear direction and communication from management, leading to confusion and inefficiency to employees. There is a clear culture of Favouring ppl over other employees. With inadequate recourse and leads it’s pretty hard to survive. Overall Think before taking such calls with these kind of employers.

Working here was extremely terrible experience. Negetive. 1. No proper management. 2. Favouritism(only works on favouritism) 3. No team work. 4. Rule over employees. 5. No Skilled leaders. 6. If you are expecting growth you are @ wrong place. 7. No proper work life balance. 8. Toxic environment

so many wonderful things about working for the company. I also love the company culture & enjoy working with everyone. It looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge & confident.
