Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

...iendly culture over there. I have been work with Technource more than 1.5 years. The best thing about the company is that, company give good appraisal as well as salary. Even in COVID time they did not cut any one of us salary.

The one thing I dislike about company is that they do not have proper management towards the project. They should give employees to health insurance.

* Flexible Work hours * Learning opportunities * CEO is very cooperative, supportive and good Mentor as well * Yearly 2 Trips, 1 Garba Night Celebration. * Opportunity to take WFH for valid reason. * Employee Birthday Celebrations

* Low skilled PM * Wrong Senior Employees hired, their height of ego can touch the sky. I received very danger response from the 2 Senior (Toxic) Employees. 1st senior employee said me "I can remove you from the company by forwarding negative review. 2nd another senior employee said : I known companies all employees are doing what and why I knows everyone biodata that's why I'm jere. like this response. & Non Tech PM will not support you If u r junior or mid level. Because those seniors words are Final Words. Because of those two employees work culture get toxic. * Your work list can be complete in 1 week but expecting from you to. Complete within a Day. * They will never satisfied with your work(PM)
