I liked especially shift timings and colleagues of my batch who were very supportive...

Dislikes

...afeteria or hall where one could sit and have dinner on break peacefully ... 2. Leadership at my time were not supportive and there used to be frequent cuts on salary for being unable to complete 8 hrs login time even for reasons IT department was accountable for....proper and just downtime was never given 3. The management attitude's there was very cost saving that too even at the expense of employee's dissatisfaction e.g. Earlier for evening shift employees they were providing one way cab/tempo for late night shift completers due to late night covid curfew and also due to lack of public transport available at 12am which they suddenly stopped... even they started offering tea sometime later late at cold nights which too to our surprise was stopped

TL Are good but they all know all frouds so.. They also left there position.. I have 9 months experience in TTBS.. so I know.. No canteen facility.. No pickup drop facility for girls at night shift

Salary only 10k, No salary grouth.. Salary deduction.. diduct salary for admin charge 140 per month. No promotion.. No one available on the floor at late night girls and shift timing 12 to 9.. Girls not safe for this shift.. But no care's anyone's

...d not break any of their policies and we followed all their instructions.  We have heard that last when it came to taking our salary, they told us about a policy whose name is ZTP and we all were unaware about it.  It was written in the policy that if you do any work and do not do it properly, you will be fired.  When we had asked about this policy earlier also, he did not tell us what this policy is for, so he did not tell us anything at that time.  Finally, when it came to salary, they adopted this policy to fire us and by adopting this policy, we were all refused to work and when they tried to throw us out, we demanded our salary.  So they blocked our number and fraud with us.  After working for a month, did not give anything and committed fraud in this way.  So just because I and all of us spoke this way, they did this to us. Their entire operation team had to tell you all about this fraud so that we could save all of us from this fraud. All this I have written is true.  I have proof of this. The company's people are furious. If anyone reads this message of mine, please forward it as soon as possible.  The fraud of this techno task bussines solution private limited should be stopped and the

...stly what I hate the most in Technotask is the way they treat their Employees. There is no satisfactory incriment in the salary. Your hard work and honesty is truly not appropriate in Technotask and if you make any mistake by any chance you've a huge risk at your job. The salary is not satisfactory.

...ll the seniors and seniors of senior are same not responding to any grievance.Salary not getting timely disbursed and deduct without any reason .Manager And assistant manager not take responsibility . This company make use of the employees and after there motive fulfills they don’t give salary and force them to leave the job
