I appreciate the sense of job security that this company provides. While the appraisal process may not be exceptionally generous, it is satisfactory. I find the senior members of the team to be highly supportive and valuable.

...concerns regarding the overall management, as they frequently require employees to work overtime without any compensation.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Career growth is slow and also there is A bond of 3 years before which you can not resign if you want to resign than you have to pay 1-2 month salary and also bg Or fd

There is nothing to like in this company they never provide the documents like salary slip , experience letter , releiving letter . Company owner is doing dictatorship .There should be an IT law for these type of companies.

Bad environment by HR department company MD is eccentric. HR never provides any appropriate document. Their seniors are very worst person they never support their juniors . Always doing Chamchagiri for MD.

Good Work Environment, Employees can build up skills here much better than as compare to others, Facilities provided by Company are quite well. Girls/Lady security are best.

Incentive not provided by organization if any Employee gives extra hours after working hours.

Help fresher to another fresher who is also recruit by the company fir the working project.

Not help to fresher who are learning so far and also if we want to serving net fir the work so they are not allowed to serving for given project of any information. Not applying professional environment at the company.
