Culture is toxic old employees play politics and torture new joiner unnecessary. No one appreciate junior senior takes all credit of your hard work . Worst part is that they call me to do office work when I was officially sick leave .

At initial months companies work culture is good

Currently,they are doing lays off employees who worked with them more than 2or 3 years just don't want to give them good hikes as well as doing mental torture with them

I would say work culture is best here. Top Management is also very helpful and there is no level restriction in Technossus. Company policies are also employee oriented.

I have spent my 3 years in this company and everything is so smooth and perfect because of which there's nothing to dislike

Here there are always chances to learn new technologies with training session and goals. And also career growth is achieved with maintaining Work-Life balance.
