Job Security-While coming to job security that company won't leave there employees to go for other companies keep on engaged in that company itself. Work culture- that is also good at Technosoft global service. Management- everyone is good and respectable until you work there if you are in notice period they will show there original face. Company- technosoft is good for the new learning not able to grow in future if you stuck in that company for more than 3 years. Policies - very worst policies every I seen all they policies are favour for the company only not for the employees wellness.

...ployees even you get good KRA score also get less amount of appraisal amount .if we ask with manager or team lead they say that on next appraisal we put more compensation . On next year also same thing will happens again .

They won't pay even 50percent of salaries what they get from client. Notice period will be immediate or 15days max on bench.for ETL developer main client is Paypal for 3 to 4years experience one must ask them to pay 8 lac/annum if it's 5+years means ask 10.5 to 12lac/annum. But they paid me less than 9lac/annum for same 5+experience.

...d or max 15 days on bench but they have a policy of holding max45 days on bench.No hike in salary.No projects for ETL other than Paypal.Clearances of salaries for full and final settlement is very delayed even though everything is cleared.Dont stay here for long time.
