There are always some pros and cons in every company, no one is perfect but here colleagues are very good and supportive. Team Leads provide the opportunity to explore more.

Hire position are filled with family members which they will not allow you to get settled there it doesn't matter how much you are improving they will come up with new excuse to remove you If you want to survive just obey all the head senior rule which is behave like you never exist in this company

I worked for Technology Mindz as a Server and Network Administrator for 3 years and it gave me the ability to prove my skills. My overall experience with Technology Mindz is still a great one! Technology Mindz opened lots of opportunities for me over the years with employment. The team that i work with is a close-knit group of people who encourage each other to bring the best out of them. They believe in giving each member opportunity to grow personally and professionally by trying new things and experimenting.
