For learning and starting your DevOps career its a good company. But if you are looking for work life balance then it is not for you. They pay you well according to the market standards.

No work life balance at all. All the clients are startups. Lot of work pressure from their clients.

HR team is the worst team we can see here. There is no growth for the employees. They will hire you easily, but at the same time they will remove you also. They will expect the things which normal people cannot perform. If you do not meet their satisfaction they will put you in PIP and remove you. The leads are not at all helpful. They will even remove you if you do not speak with them in hindi(which happened with me). Company is partial about the older employees. HR team will not listen to PIP placed people. At 1st they will provide some tasks. If you are unable to perform they wont give time to you to learn or will they help you to learn, simply they will put pressure on you and put you in PIP. And at the end of PIP how much ever score will you perform , they will give you below 3/5 and will remove you from the company. So do not join this company. Rest is upto you guys to take decesion. I have given my experience in this hopeless company here..

- Frequent last min interview scheduling - Lack of consideration for candidate's time by HR Chirag K -Large assignment resembling Company Work - Extensive assignments mirrored real company project, I am really unsure of how appropriate they were for candidate evaluation -Lack of Communication - Despite multiple follow up to HR Chirag K, there was a notable absence of feedback let alone timely, reflecting poorly on company's respect for candidate's efforts. I hope company takes these concerns seriously. Please respect candidate's time & Maintain transparent communication.

They will put you on bench. And they will give some work. Suddenly you will get call for the interview from client. They won't give you time to prepare. If client interview did not succeeded, they will give unnecessary reasons and remove people from the company.

I love the learning env. of the Org. You can communicate with CEO and CTO for grouth prospective in the organinsation.
