Being a business analyst (fresher) there was no training given, they just brief you with the domain and let you in to handle clients and then they expect to work accuratly as a experienced employee. Work culture is pathetic here. No benefits. And the owner of the company keeps doing micro management all the time. It's like we are in the school and not on the office.
