Company gives salary on the time.

Dislikes

Illiterate project managers are there. Not supportive in nature. Only wants to make money by thieving equipments and material by selling as a scrape and not providing proper TA and any other allowance.Full of lier management team.

Salary get in time as per company norms in every second week 1st or 2nd day...

Dislikes

training not give properly,There are no carrier growth, No proper salary scale,very worst work environment, Very bad behavior with employees, Project manager is less educated with manners.

Every criteria. All is horrible nightmare you want to leave as early as possible. Just one thing have to share, Salary given in two part 10-12th and 20-25th. Also salary deduct without any prior reason.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
