One of the positive aspect of the company is working culture & supportive team. Additionally i appriciate the autonomy i have in my daprtment to manage my workload. It provides me with the flexibility to make decision independently.

Dislikes

One noticeable concern is the lack of training sessions, especially considering my working tenure over a year. There remains a technical gap, not only for me but also for higher-ups. Additionally, communication inconsistencies persist between interconnected departments, despite our shared involvement in manufacturing & passing work. Furthermore, strict timing for coming to the company is understandable but leaving office time is not good.

The boding in the team (not the higher authority).

Dislikes

Poor leadership of higher authorities - blaming the employees even the newly joined if something goes wrong despite the fact that all work is check and authorized by higher management. making non engineers work on technical task and blaming the whole team if their task fails. No training protocol, no presentations, no knowledge database, no skill development programs. Just start working on the 5th day of joining. No discipline in working hours no matter how far your home is, no facility of food. - Knowing there is never working you have to work after office hours without OT. No flexibility for change - no WFH in any situation no matter if it is the day of cyclone Biparjoy. No job securities - Even though you work after office hours everyday, you lose your job on the next day you say no to work extra hours. Poor management skills - no new requirements in a situation where half the department is resigning and others are getting fired. The divided the team that bonded so well.
