Poor Work Culture, unhygienic office, office politics, favouritism, No work life balance, work extra hours without getting paid, company owner gives you direct pressure with do or die situation. Women be aware of the VP of the company as well as the wife of the CEO because she is very much concerned with women's attire even if you are wearing sleeveless Salwar you will be getting warning letter from HR. Every one is puppets of higher management, no appreciation, no job security, toxic work culture. Fake CMMI Level 5 certificate, fake claims of in-house 400 developers and provide higher market rates to the genuine clients and deliver them low quality services. Join only if you have good buttering skills to offer each and every higher management members including process manager and can survive without any job security.

They did not provide my salary due to some emergency i informed that i will not be able to continue work so they did not say about serve notice period they directly said okay drop us email do i dropped mail same day for resignation and later on it was my WFH so i courier their assets and after that i asked them to pay salary but they said you are not eligible for that and they blocked me seriously fraud company
