Here in techno concepts teammates are very good. We have get most of the safety trainings. Work environment is so familiar and carrier growth is good.

Dislikes

Compensation is low. Sometimes we have to work for more than 12 hours if there is any emergency.

Presently This company's Top Management is very poor for Construction Job.Job Security is Normal,but Emplyee's Increment & banafite is Zero,No any groth in This Company.

I dislike This Company,As per Experience in Construction Field.Not for Maintanance.

Good work environment and supportive teammates.Good support through transportation, communication and fulfillment of requirements in right time.Sent quality masks in sufficient quantities with hand sanitizer and hand wash.

Lack of decision making ability of top management at some cruciaal times.

It's a better organization for fresher. According to me you make prepare yourself professionally and personally by working here.
