I want pay roll wanted. Good work environment and the management is transport there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bond for 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Opportunities to learn and grow, good work life balance, mentors are good.

Dislikes

Partial appraisals to people. Salary structure is not based on experience. HR cut down the package despite the approved budget.

You will have work life balance. People are very welcoming, nice and helping each other. High focus on diversity and HSE.

Dislikes

Salaries, bonuses and promotions are the least the company care. When it comes to salary negotiation, no effort will be made to keep the talents and valuable resources.

TechnipFMC has a strong culture and industry leader like systems in place. Its training is superb. Good Support from team members

Dislikes

Average compensation. You are rewarded for hard work not smart, intelligent work. Subsea India branch is focused on project execution & productivity, not innovation although it has personnel capacity to do that.

They prefer to give good work only for GET and not who came as lateral entry. Promotion and salary is not good. Work life balance is very good. Team is full of young engineers.

Dislikes

Not getting proper design work, only report work is there as I am joined as a lateral entry. Good work preference is given to mainly GETs.
