...p of project for work. Communication development. Drafting skill will improve. Take Good Salary at the time of Joining only, after that don't expect more. If management suggest you for Designer role, it means you are not selected for engineer role so reject the offer only join on Engineer role. Note:- Designer doesn't mean Design engineer its meant Draftsman "Beware of that".

No Training. No Job security. Only Department name is Design & Drafting but there is no any Design only drafting. Don't join on Designer role, it will be on only Draftsman work. Dont confuse between Design engineer & Designer role its Designer here only Drafting work. No Product knowledge. Management never consider Designer as Investment resource, for them only draftsman. If your experience related engineering join only position of Engineer 1, 2 etc. roles.

They prefer to give good work only for GET and not who came as lateral entry. Promotion and salary is not good. Work life balance is very good. Team is full of young engineers.
