overall a good organisation to work with, lots of work opportunities and nice culture , good pay master but there is a lack of good management , there are no systematic back ups and plans in case there is a crunch or someone leaves immediately , rest all is good .

Initially pay well. And care about its employees gives gifts to employee.

Dislikes

Old employees are not letting work new one. Old employees think like they are boss and don't give proper training to new employee you can survive if you are talented and learn yourself. Management not taking action on it.

I am very much liked the salary & employee benefits - which i never experienced in my all previous employers. Employee benefits are wonderful at Technip Energies.

Dislikes

The culture in the Senior level HR members are not in professionalism. No young people thought process and without any Vision in HR process and employee engagement & knowledge enrichment to working professionals. The change in Senior level HR people, would definitely need of this situation - to be one in the industry.

Management really supports work life balance. Great professional environment. Great benefits like Mediclaim includes OPD, Annual Health Check Up, Great Bonus. Great Safety culture.

Dislikes

Some departments dont really have work life balance. Company just says that they support all internal job transfers. But thats not really true for foreign opportunities. Upper management and middle management views on Employee Employer relationship differs.

Good consideration on welfare of individuals ( other than salary ) . Good opportunities to learn from various centers of Organization.

Compensation & Benefits are not as per market standards and it may not be convincing.
