I am very much liked the salary & employee benefits - which i never experienced in my all previous employers. Employee benefits are wonderful at Technip Energies.

Dislikes

The culture in the Senior level HR members are not in professionalism. No young people thought process and without any Vision in HR process and employee engagement & knowledge enrichment to working professionals. The change in Senior level HR people, would definitely need of this situation - to be one in the industry.

The Hybrid WFH WFO structure still helps people balance family and work.The learning resources are open for access but the senior level associate chiefand principal engineers teach and share knowledge with Engineers who were recruited as GETs

Dislikes

Hierarchy and respect demanding senior management. Resources and guidance help is predominant for GETs and opportunities are also given for engineers who came as GETs.Experienced hires are looked as task forces or work machines and they don't trust them at all especially Process department HOD shows bias partiality towards GETs and engineers and chief engineers also act the same way

Job security.Able to balance life with work and family.Salary increments as as per company policy but incentives are as per recommendations of Godfathers

You need a Godfather in the company to prosper.Honesty and sincereority does not pay.No equal opurtunity.Only few are given or sent for skil development.Promotions for only those who have Godfathers

I have attended interview in sep7,2023.They told that you have selected.But after that there is no response from that company side.Hr told that they have departmental issue so that the result was holded.why this people are wasting our time & money.worst company.
