Great colleagues & seniors. Management cares about the work and profile progress of the employees. They provide a lot of help and understanding in personal situations and do look out for a lot of training help.

Salary Structure - The HR Team is utterly useless and are insensitive towards the employees. If you're doing WFH & forgot to punch your hours, they will deduct your day's salary even though everyone knows you worked. Reporting managers will never take initiative of helping on this. Overtime vs monetary benefits - There are no limits to how much overtime you'll end up doing but if you are late on one day, you first lose credibility and then money. Overtime benefits are extremely bad. You have to wait for more than 45 days to get your compensatory off credited to your salary. Even then, there's no guarantee that it will be monetized. Money will be lost because your comp off entry is not visible/accessible. Approval of comp off has a filter and a lot of questioning. Increments - salary Increments are utterly disgusting. Ever since I joined, I have gotten less than 20% for all the years combined. On the top of that, HR deducts money like old school village money lenders in the name of taxes.

It was a great learning experience . The work environment is great and working with so many good artists gives you opportunity to learn and grow. Everyone is helpful so overall a great place to work..
