They have good vfx projects and so more overtime without compensation.

Dislikes

No freedom for leaves, they can layoff you at any time and won't pay you for your unused leaves. They even deducted my one week leave from extended one month job because they needed artist support and inspite of serving 90 days period initially, was it my fault that they are extending the notice period after 90 days and expecting to not take leaves. They think about themselves and NEVER ABOUT THE ARTISTS WHO HELP THEM IN THE VFX BUSINESS.

The company wants people to come with responsibilities and act upon them. I was part of a team that global client base. There is a lots to learn how to portray work in a diplomatic and safe way. My colleagues comes from various countries and cultural backgrounds. I like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Company is okay, but the culture is very orthodox and based in managements favourites. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 16-17 hours straight in a day, also client calls anytime during 24 hours block. Managers do not value and individuals strength, which is why AI had to take back my suggestions most of the times. I received appreciation emails from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisals. Also there is no on job training for freshers neither there is proper hangovers from the inter departments. No correct KRA,s is shared at the bustard of the job.
