I have been working with this company for more than 3.5 years and I found this company is good for those who likes to work. Company is having strong Nordic values and they are professional in nature. I am happy with this company when compared to my previous organisation. You will be recognized in this company if you contribute. They will correct your mistakes and give support to grow. If you are looking for knowledge driven company then it is right place.

Dislikes

Company management believes in flat culture and it is too soft and accommodative in nature they are not like other Indian companies because of that some employees who dont want to work spreads gossip. Please warn them or terminate dont be too soft on them.
