Growth opportunities in the company will be limited unless employees actively support management by participate in reel competition. The company seems to believe that negativity stems from employees, failing to see that their own actions contribute to a toxic environment while instructing others not to spread negativity. Additionally, there are moves within management aimed at dismantling Team X. Employees are categorized into groups A, B, C, and D, E, F,..., Z with decisions made based on personal interests rather than the team's well-being. The management appears to create situations that pressure employees into resigning, seemingly taking pleasure in the aftermath of those decisions. Such treatment of employees is uncommon in other organizations. If you’re looking for daily drama, TechNeurons might be the right fit for you.
