Initial few days are nice. Salary with be given on time every month.

Dislikes

They askes to work without providing clarity. Poor management. Not a process oriented company. Very poor company. Insurance is not available to parents.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Company looks good regarding its environment and culture only problem is bond for freshers

Firstly ,There is a bond for 3 years and for breaking it compensation fee is 8L which is huge amount for package of 3lpa ,it is indirectly a trap ,normally people wont sign it but ,desperate guys trying for jobs will ,and will he trapped for sure ,8L is not an easy amount to be paid ,so better opt for other things,dont tempt for a job ,think twice before signing it,i would say if you are a fresher dont join ,but i may he good for experienced people.
