The new process transformation led to predictability and a lot better organization of work with better estimations, deduction of time needed for all sprint ceremonies, and taking only rest of available hours into account when taking workload. ...e benefits like, paternal or maternity leaves, promotions for certifications. 5. People with 8 years or more experience won't get much benefits in terms of learning, salary, flexibility. 6. Company expects to be available over the phone 24 hours.
