The salary offered is not competitive with market standards, and increments are both delayed (after two years) and negligible (around 5%). While the company claims to focus on skill development, the reality is quite different. Employees are assigned repetitive Excel tasks, and technical growth is completely ignored. The management expects you to be an expert in Excel rather than enhancing your technical capabilities. The work culture is equally disheartening. Taking leaves is discouraged, long working hours are expected, and even high-performing employees can be terminated with baseless reasons. It’s shocking to see employees recognized as 'Top Performers' one quarter being terminated for 'poor performance' the next. I would also like to highlight the manipulative practices of certain individuals in the company, particularly Manager Vignesh R and HR Deepa, who seem to misuse their authority and indulge in ego-driven decisions. Many freshers have had their careers ruined due to sudden, unjustified terminations. Despite repeated concerns being raised, the CEO seems indifferent, blindly trusting the management without looking into the matter. To all freshers and experienced professionals, my sincere advice is to avoid joining this company. It’s better to wait for an organization that values your skills and career growth rather than risking your future in a toxic workplace like this. Don’t let such an environment destroy your professional journey before it even starts

Job security, strict 9-5 job, not much work pressure, good work life balance

if you are looking to learn new things, this is not the place. Freshers will be forced to work on technologies they dont like and career progression is very slow

Food is coming limitly night shift US IT Recruiter is not getting full food but Finance department is giving freedom to eat food in canteen and then we provide bill receipt to finance department they claim and return money at the time of salary.
