Job security, strict 9-5 job, not much work pressure, good work life balance

if you are looking to learn new things, this is not the place. Freshers will be forced to work on technologies they dont like and career progression is very slow

Food is coming limitly night shift US IT Recruiter is not getting full food but Finance department is giving freedom to eat food in canteen and then we provide bill receipt to finance department they claim and return money at the time of salary.

There is nothing to worry about job security, there are a lot of projects and the HR team is easily accessible being a small company. I am working here for past 2 yrs and its good to interact with the team and the clients. Performance is recognized, performance bonuses, and work culture is overall good.
