...how much experience do have. They will disrespect and throw u out within a sec . Also they will not pay you one month salary and left you no where . Also a sales person who is not being able to bring single project to the company are getting award lol

The only things I liked about Techment is there are some good people and good managers who supports their people unconditionally. That helped me in learning and growing as a software professional. Everything else apart from the actual work force is totally trash and because of that along with other people I am also very sad and frustrated.

...h left after sucking up our hard earned money and management is silent about it. They think that we don't know this but for their information we do care when it comes to our appraisal and salary. Since it has direct impact on our salary so I have to say this that when you make mistakes then you have to own it. Due to their ego they never own any mistakes 3. Fired many people abruptly without any prior notification. When you have the PIP system then why fire people so suddenly. If you are not able to pay people then say so and follow your own example of reducing salary of the people and let them keep their job 4. Appraisal: When you are showing 35+ % of revenue growth and number of people are not so much increased then by just saying that one quarter was bad is showing that you take us for fools. If there is financial problem in the company then you should be open and people will stand by your side but saying such nonsense is clearly indication that you have different agenda. 5. Sales team: I don't know what they are doing, so much noise is made but result is poor. So much money has been spent on US hiring but do we even have any account what was spent and what was earned by that. Who is answerable for this loss? 6. Training department: I won't take name but I am very much traumatised by training department due to the non stop changing direction. No direction and no backbone. Simply taking orders and ordering around people. This is one of the most horrible experience. 7. Girls safety: I can't even mention the words and happenings. When there are incidents and it's reported then HR and POSH team simply does nothing. I go to know from seniors that COO was fired due to huge issue and I was impressed by that thinking this is hight of justice but in last two year I know a couple of incidents which were reported but was handled very poorly without any sentiments. HR and top management is guilty of this. I will only be able to work in this company until I get better option then I will resign. I sincerely wanted to stay in bhilai for life but looking at current management and decisions, I think they themselves want to shutdown the company by taking such decisions and not looking at the problems. Just by having stick in hands won/t help but you have to act and take responsibility. In my right mind I will never suggest anyone to join this company unless you are in desperate need of a job.

You will get good opportunities to work in projects but work life balance, job security and salary is terrible.

Work life balance is very bad, Job security is not good and salary is also not good. Also the company doesn't give any extra benefits. You may have to work weekends but you won't be given comp offs for that.

Work Environments: The work environment is very friendly and feels like home. I feel more comfortable , more in control and more supported. Employer genuinely care for my growth , both professionally and Personally. I have been here for about 4 years now and I have not heard any grumbling about management, the company , or even my co-workers. The employer also believes in Work Life Balance. Learning and Development: I joined Techment as a fresher in 2020 and learned a lot from as a UI UX designer . I owe immense gratitude to my manager, CEO and HR for their unwavering support throughout this learning journey. . I have Significantly expanded my skills during my time here. Working Hours: Techment has flexible working hours, with no strict guidelines. Appreciation: The team got frequent appreciation for individual performance, good work and achievement. Acknowledge efforts / results on a challenging projects. Recognize overall performance improvements . Appreciate improved skills. Techment has frequent appreciation awards like POM and POQ (Performer of the month and quarter) are there for each team member's. The Company is providing opportunity for Bhilai based employees to come back to their home native place and continue their career from here. The company is also providing opportunities for remote working for their employees. And support the team in every possible way

I have been working with Techment for past 4 years and my experience is really good from the beginning ,i have gained a valuable insights and skills along the way also I received immense support ,encouragement and opportunities for growth. The leadership team promotes collaborative environment where the innovative idea are not just welcomed but encouraged. Furthermore the work life balance is good, flexible working schedules which helps to maintain healthy equilibrium between professional and personal life .
