There is no management, senior managers are running a monopoly there, no scope of learning, no motivation, big politics in management, no role of HR, manager's rule, washrooms are always dirty, no work-life balance, expect you to work on Sat and Sun, and even after office. Company policies are very bad, once you leave the company you have to beg them to clear your dues. Wouldnt recommends growing your career there.

New employee are given resign within 1-2month Always burden take assigned but you need to be do on sat/sun too.
