Good for initial salary if you can negotiate . 12-15 LPA for freshers.

...all. Daily new projects are started & discarded any time. No learning or growth. Inconsistent salary which comes between 1st-2nd week of next month & even amount changes anytime with reasons like hours not completed or leave not added. They don't even have an actual MERN Project, made us do work in PHP. They talk of migration, but it's been in talk for 5 years now according to seniors. Talk to anyone in the company, all wanna leave.

Teammates are very nice.job is completely insecure.appraisal and salary is not on time.I have forgot the concept I had learn before joining this.end of the day carrier is worst in IT.

There is only one thing in the company ie politics, politics and politics.company owners also can see but they are ignoring it.in totally company is worst for it software.if you wanna join there as a sales then it's good but for it software I'll give it (-)100 ie not even 0.

No Vision, No Mission, Power is Centralised to 1,2 guys. Anyone joining to higher level, trying to create something new just for their own experimentation and desire. No product market fit, Though the company is 6,7 years old, Running on its sister company SISL’s revenue. You can drink on desk, drink during the office hours and comeback and sit on desk, Can smoke we*d in the backyard.

Dislikes

Hiring all the employees from Lybrate only so that they can have a upper hand on everyone. Super biased system has been introduced. HR works only for managers not for executives. No new learning left.
