Sometimes work presure is very high but no issue and there is urgent leave problem.

I worked over there for for 2 years and learnt a lot from there. Good working environment and opportunity for learning and skill development.

stability of process in organization is the only thing i can worry about if again work with them.

I have been working into an international process-UK... Loved working in Techindia.... Managers and staff was good except the HR deptt...

Our UK process got ramp down and dey just asked us to leave rather giving any other opportunity by shifting to some other process...
