...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

U can learn and improve your knowledge in cardiology/ECG. Work environment Is very nice .

Dislikes

Worst management, u cannot expect anything from company. If you want to earn means this is not the right place. You need to do wat they ask, bt they never do wat u ask even when you complete the target . Too much of lies u can hear from management side. If you ready to work here means then forget about hike, incentives and bonus if you raise voice against this then u will be suspended r terminated .

Areas to be improved on Remuneration and other benefits, career development, team outings and work culture 6 days working is hectic and working hours extension support benefit need to be fixed Not open to suggestions and recommendations Work politics is very hectic and departmental works not to be interfered by other departments even top management except few areas
