Delayed Salary Payments: One of the most frustrating aspects of working here was the consistent delays in salary payments. This has caused significant financial stress and inconvenience. Lack of Work-Life Balance: The company does not respect work-life balance. Long hours and unrealistic deadlines are a norm, leaving little time for personal life. Absence of Corporate Processes: There is a noticeable absence of structured corporate processes. This leads to a chaotic work environment with unclear responsibilities and lack of direction. Poor Management: The management is ineffective and unresponsive. Decisions are often made arbitrarily without consulting or informing the employees, resulting in a lack of trust and low morale. Provident Fund Issues: The company frequently fails to update the Provident Fund on time and has even skipped contributions. This is not only unprofessional but also against labor laws.

Dislikes

Three-Month Notice Period: The company imposes a stringent three-month notice period, making it difficult for employees to transition to new opportunities. Non-Responsive Management: Communication from management is often delayed or non-existent, leading to frustration and confusion among employees. Uncommunicative HR Department: The HR department is notoriously unresponsive, and it is not uncommon for HR personnel to leave the company without any notice or communication to the staff.
