Likes

Growing organisation. Good sales order and business set up in Kubadthal. Good facilities for female employees. In house design team. Good after sales and services. Quick reimbursement process. Fan, Bag Filters, Blowers are good. Good faith on God and yearly partially sponsored tour for all.

Dislikes

.... Products do not meet CE ratings and DNV. Limited growth due to weak financial. No job security and delayed payment of salary. Lac of coordination between departments. Corruption purchase and no bidding system.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
