Several managers got paycuts thousands of dollars they move you around and pay rate can change up and down whenever they want. They bring like 3 - 4 people in when they do terminationa bc they well a top dog in corporate put hands on someone their held him in a room wouldn't let him get tools and tk this day have no one to replace him lol sad stupid and like scared to have smart people. There is a lot to learn at techflex company. Other companies do not have lectures.but every saturday lecture in techflex company is learning new topics & Sir and Madam of techflex company are very helpful..☺️😇
