I completely didn't like the work culture there. Managers are like hitlers. There always want you work whether you are feeling better or not. Lunch break is like the timer. You have to always inform each and every person in the team before going anywhere.

Very open-minded senior management with a flat organization. I have worked very closely with the COO and the CEO. They are great folks to work with. I highly appreciate their integrity as a human being as well as a leadership team. I was given a free hand to take tech as well as managerial decisions at a very early stage of my career. I highly appreciate the organization and the leadership team members!

Good company to work if allocated on project then you have take complete ownership of allocated handling and as managing extension of your contract.

1) The people: The CEO is a chauvinist who thinks owing a Merc makes him upper class. The way he talks to women borders on harassment, the CTO is a sociopath . The VP is the only saving grace of this organisation, the other co founder is a Yes man. 2) The culture: If you have worked in any other company, then the culture or lack there of will blow your mind away, all the theatrics on social media is a like a smoke screen to hide the pathetic culture, there isn't a decent loo, no cafetaria. 3) The work: It's a service based company without the perks the traditional service based companies offer like travel or working for a big client.
