I don't like anything in techb

Dislikes

Very bad company. Company has no certain policy, the six directors change the policies as per their benefits and they treat their employees as labour also they never address the employees problem. They don't have any concern for the employees. Salary is very low and their is no chance of appraisal or growth.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
