Everything 1. Par below than Lala Company 2. CEO is a puppet, who don't know abcd of what is happening at ground level and listens blindly to jokers/buffoons/fools so called heads without head. And never intervene in operations. Typically a kabuliwala mindset 3. Jokers are at top level, likes spoon giri and knows nothing 4. For name sake it is IT services and Consulting, but typically a Insurance BPO and Staffing without skilled staff 5. Writing more is also mere time waste 6. Last but not least- if you want to do career screw and scream join here

It has become increasingly evident that there are significant issues that need to be addressed promptly. Firstly, the lack of effective management is causing chaos and inefficiency within our teams. There is a clear absence of leadership, direction, and communication, leading to confusion among employees and hindering productivity. Deadlines are being missed, projects are falling behind, and morale is at an all-time low. Additionally, the HR department's performance has been nothing short of abysmal. Numerous complaints have been filed regarding their unresponsiveness, lack of support for employees, and failure to address grievances in a timely and satisfactory manner. This negligence is unacceptable and is contributing to a toxic work environment. Furthermore, the blatant disregard for employee well-being and professional development is appalling. It is evident that resources are being mismanaged, and opportunities for growth and advancement are being squandered. Learning opportunities are good. USA clients, which you have to deal with.

Dislikes

Salaries and promotion are based on your senior employee or team lead. What they tell about you will be final, senior manager depends on managers and senior persons, that's the worst I would say. The senior persons never being watched or starred, they will simply grow with position.
