This is consultancy.. don't believe to them they are fraud..in delhi they are running consultancy for money .. ones you will give money they will not arrange job and they will not return Money..

The team mates in the company is supportive and helps us to make the work better.

Dislikes

The high work pressure was the main issues faced in Smartwise Tech. Work life balance is poor. Even the propoer sleep has to be sacrificed for completing the works. The company do not have a policy of salary appraisal. Even after working for hours, no one appreciate our works or dedication.

It is very good to work there .They explained about all the boards and it's a very nice experience.I did my specialisation on some of the PCB boards ,and import QC is very much interesting and I liked it very much.
