I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year. After certain period of experience no growth, no matter how much efficient you will be. Engineering service based domain (CAD service) domain is worst among all in terms of pay scale.

Management has ego issues, mechanical dept is worst in it. Very rude language from bosses and atrict montioring....time is noted even for coffe breaks!

...also worked in AIRBUS .Without any expectation we need to work. NO work ethics .for 10+ yrs of experience single digit salary that's 5lk/annu . Appraisal ZERO. Airbus project work environment worst. Better to close mechanical branch and do better job or switch on to IT.
