Advice for freshers joining as ASE
Join here only if you want to stay on bench for a year and expect termination. Believe me, you will never get any projects. If you have some luck left, you will be allocated to ENS projects (neither growth nor job security). Forget of working in software projects. All the best..

Pathetic management Human Resources has immense amount of favourism Team Leaders don't consider employees as humans No Sick Leave or Emergency Leave policy Cafeteria sucks. Same old menu is repeated round the clock

Tech mahindra is a wonderfull company.It never creates pressure on their employee,and its salary timing is very great.Tech mahindra being never late to provide his employee salary and his policy is also very well and he provides the health and a life insurance to his employee and freedom to get outside to take a meal break....

this company is good for freshers because tech mahindra makes person how to work. there is no extra benefits here and that make sense here because you come here to work not for money because there is very decent amount of salary here. good culture of office and just focus on numbers so that employee knows where he she stands . this company is good learning platform
