I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year. Work pressure, there's no increament, No leaves approve that's why attrition % is very high.. behaviour is not good. Always interrupt employees personal life or personal matters. If someone need leave than manager or TL adjust there leave or convert into week off.
