... pathetic. Favouritism would be very high. Talent recognition is very very poor. Salary structure is worst ever in the market. Management recognises only there chemchas no matter how worst they are in terms of their performance and skills. Very less flexibility to improve skills. Organisation is worst in valuing and respecting there own employees.

Working in tech mahindra organization is like a dream for me . I have crossed several hurdles apart from interview and learnt alot from here . Moreover , i have upgraded my skills in networking which will help me in best possible way for my future growth .

It's a good place to start as a fresher who may be from any stream. But once you get experience, It's better to look for a handsome paying job. At the end of the day, you should be paid for the hard work and efforts which you have put that you will not get sticking to the same company throughout your life or spendind lot of years. Especially in Techmahindra

...but it will take long time. sometimes decades to recognise and get you promoted.Not good Salary Hike as far as i know, there is no things such as fundo, funfriday, trips and outings arranged by company for the relief of work life pressure. only work work work, no spare time except your break time. you will constantly be working all day and leave for the day

Limited skill development opportunities, such as restricted access to AI/ML tools and websites, poor compensation, and a general lack of awareness about advancements in the AI/ML field. There's also a concerning culture where being unaware of new technologies is normalized, coupled with a lack of diversity in the field.

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.
