1. The Team Leaders & Colleagues were so good 2. Salary as committed didn't get delayed 3. Job security on top priority 4. Safe & Secure place to work, Strictly Accomplished with Government rules & regulations

Dislikes

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Asking for leaves is biggest challenge here if you ask it upper management will act like you are asking for there lives plus its so low like 21 leaves a year like seriously !? 7. HR is discriminating between process only ones who are there favs get events,brunchs ,parties & we got nothing

... Don't go for job in Tech Mahindra. Also they are cheat company for agent level. They didn't provide salary tilll 2 months agent joining level. after that BBD they fired employees without paying their 2 monts salary by giving without reasons. I repeat dont come Techmahindra for job oppertunity.

The first thing salary is on time Collegues are very friendly also my senior which was working morr than 1 year when i have joined

Sometimes if my score is not met so my team leader told you to go for offline on working hour or not provised any down time if deficiate increase 20 min so i have to login 10.20 pm , if i already inform to the Team lead before 3 months i have to attend a marrige party but end of the he denied to give any leave

While working in TechM of course there's a job security you do not have to get worried about. If you couldn't do well in one process you'll get another chance.

Dislikes

Salary scale and appraisals are not at all good enough and there's a lot of layers you can approach if you are dissatisfied at any point but don't expect that the issue will be resolved. You'll just keep following but no one will even bother to reply your mail even.

No personal touch. Lot of pressure. Management just like to talk about work. No sick leave policy Incentives has been revised Instead of increament they are demotivating Since Covid 2020 first time we have received hike in salary. I would request you specially for bpo in techmahindra for commerce zone try to perform medical test like cholesterol, sugar and bp 90% population are on medicine and struggling for health issues
