... to understand the requirements from customer and unnecessary recruiting people. If your traveling for office work expenses whatever you spend no guaranty company will pay such a full policy.
In terms of yearly hike they provide Medical facilities but basic salary remains
Bench facility is awesome
There you can find better project opportunities lower to your profile
Guidance about the project from Junior
They commit for location change request but couldn't pay on time. So relocation charges , employees need to pay after commitment. Finance team ask for all documents convey you the path after approval from all depts they don't talk to employee for reimbursement. They commit alot but couldn't pay.
On time salary, good work culture, good projects, responsible managers and helpfull colleagues

Nothing. Only thing is interview cracking is very easy.
Dislikes
Worst company culture. Employees are treated badly. No hike or negligible hike every 3 year. Every weekend you are required to work. That too without any benefit. Even the policy says associate is eligible for 250 rupees per day only while the travel cost to office is more than that from one side.
I like my profile and project. I have always given my best which also gave the opportunity to learn more things. My management always expand my horizon of work by giving opportunity to learn new and controlling existing through direct reportees
No work motivations
1) Company provide salary hikes once in two years and that too between 2 - 4 percent
2) It gives dry promotion ( no compensation benefits)
3) No team lunch, corporate parties and team outings
4) No bonus included in salary
5) HR policies are not applicable to all ( Senior manager has huge control like some will be given permanent WFH and others will forcefully asked to come to office )
If you just want to work than it is a good company but gradually they will not meet your salary with inflation
