Good for freehers for gaining some experience but should avoid working for more than a year or two at the max. Job security is good.

Very poor with salary compensation. No learning opportunities or skill development as per market requirements. Internal politics at the management level. Management has favouritism and is biased. Cab service is the worst.

Couldn't find much.

Dislikes

Appraisal delayed to upto 9months. Currently year didn't happen yet. Every year since 2020 variable pay cuts undefined which technically reduces salary by 35-40% ctc annually with standard deductions. Which is a big problem with Tech Mahindra. And all of this happening unofficially & undiscussed & undisclosed. No one wants to speak about it no letter or email of why the payment cuts why variable pay was cancelled for quarters and quarters why the appraisals not happening.l whereas company is not operating at loss. A complete unethical brand.

I have 2 offers in same location : Need guidance to choose one 1) Tech Mahindra (U4) Fixed 23.9 Variable 2.6=26.5 No joining bonus Project details informed already 2)IBM(7B) Fixed 21.37 Variable 2=23.37 Joining bonus is 1 lakh Tech M pays almost variable pay every month whereas IBM at year end. ( we get 80% variable pay in Tech M ,less than 50% in IBM) Your Responses and thoughts will be appreciated. Thank you
