Location is good.. Huge cafeteria and gaming zone... Different events for fun...onshore opportunity chances are good

Fixed salary hike for freshers which is very very less and a 2 year bond....also no on the job training for freshers....they will go through certain training and exams for 15 days and after that they are allocated in some project even in their probation period...No bonus during festivals.. Politics.... No hike during covid but work load was more

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

...ategory. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. False commitment

To put it very simply, there won't be a double-digit salary hike even if you work for 10 years. The management is toxic, and it can be very depressing. Start learning new things while working here, as nothing in this company will provide you with good experience, except the total years of experience."

Only just average package of salary nothing else.

Dislikes

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.
