Good work environment.all members are supportive and management is good. Company policies are good and fair and they give good salary. Tech Mahindra supporting us in covid-19 by customer's satisfaction and give them proper knowledge about the virus and define safety measures for the customer as well as their employees.

Dislikes

There is a Nepotism in the management and career growth is not decided by the capability sometimes it's basis on status.

...l and there was improve my skill.for the knowlege about great orgnization there.there was no salary problem time to time got the salary.over all good experience i have done there.

The whole thing depends upon your TLs and SMEs. The way they will support you at your initial steps matters a lot. Once after completing OJT when you heat the floor there will be targets and parameters which you have to fulfill to secure your job honestly which every company does. However if you once get that knowledge how to servive in those circumstances which offcourse will be obtained through experience it's not a bad job if you are good at communication.

Dislikes

Career growth is too slow.salary hike in promotion is not that attractive. And most importantly the salary is not for those who wants to be independent and happy with a single source of income.
