Salary is the major concern in Tech Mahindra . Another major concern is time bound ,Whether you have work or not you have to wait 9 hrs. Which disturb your work life balance.

Initial training was very good and exhaustive. Once on project teammates were very good. I was fortunate to get a good project in which I had plenty of opportunity to learn.

Dislikes

Compensation is below par. The variable payout keeps on getting delayed. The company does a lot of low level outsourcing work typical of Indian IT companies such as production support and Software testing which gives very limited opportunity to move up the value chain.

...ork pressure, mandatory OTs TL's doesn't support for anything..poor pay cycle.. variable pay which you get on performance basis and which is included in the salary package. No proper/dedicated/ less system to login. Immediate supervisor always asks to go to superior boss for any help

You will only like the friends you make here. The memories you have with them. Else there is nothing to like.

Dislikes

Working here will teach you how can people professionaly rob you your own money. You work really hard and the client pays really well but they take all your money and pay you less than 50% of that money, rest goes to there pocket, they will provide you as much comfort as it sufficient to make you work like a slave. You will only work and work here and will get nowhere. Just like i mentioned, as a slave.
