...y don't even know how to treat their executive. A.M - Prabhat Kumar Lenka and T.L - Agniva Roy ( most rudest TL I've ever seen) Deduction of money from salary without any reason.

The whole thing depends upon your TLs and SMEs. The way they will support you at your initial steps matters a lot. Once after completing OJT when you heat the floor there will be targets and parameters which you have to fulfill to secure your job honestly which every company does. However if you once get that knowledge how to servive in those circumstances which offcourse will be obtained through experience it's not a bad job if you are good at communication.

Dislikes

Career growth is too slow.salary hike in promotion is not that attractive. And most importantly the salary is not for those who wants to be independent and happy with a single source of income.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every to year.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
