Colleagues and Bosses I found initially very good bond with. Kind of easy going with my project.

Dislikes

Very poor management, bad salary hike, they prefer outside candidates with low salary but they are unable to give good hike to their existing employees who helped making their project successful. They do have budgets and high benefits from customers but they don't share it with employees. Also, I felt kind of discrimination while giving opportunities inspite of having skills set.

It helped me develop some good skills. Infrastructure is good Many services are available at campus like cloth sales, dmat opening, courses, seminars, movies, gym etc

Dislikes

...ut your career Stressful working conditions Leaves are not given when required Less salary at joining and also less yearly hikes. Quality projects are very less I was lucky to have one

...ibility which is provided by my manager not by company. There is nothing great . No hikes . I have joined in September 2015 , so far no hike. Just because of flexibility of timings , work from home and i get leaves when I want I am continuing. The more you work the more work you will be assigned . Top management is not good. No management skills. Tech m refunds external certification money but needs lot of approvals. Good facilities like gym, swimming pool , indoor and outdoor games, luxurious campus, garden and fun filled activities are gud

Nothing is good in this company , No learning , no Hike , Purely Non Technical Manager, They are so much scared of client that even if you are correct & client says that he is wrong they will accept it.Manager will not even change your shift even if someone is having Issues in your personal Life

I worked in Tech M for 2.5 years. Its an organisation that has about 1 lakh people working for it. there are multiple roles and multiple technologies where you work even if you are allocated to not a good project. You get a good exposure of working with so many projects running around. In terms of learning your career can grow .There is also a lot of fun element added along with work , so lot of activities keep happening almost throughout the day. The gym is pretty good, there is a specific dance room, yoga , meditation happens regularly. There is annual bash that happens , there are rock bands on campus once in a while and a plethora of activities that happen.

Dislikes

The increments are really poor. In my 2 years , overall my salary increased by just 1% .recently there was a lot of pink slips happening but not during my time.
