Very limited interaction, could be due to covid situation but still extremely low interaction with other people so not much scope for growth and learning. You could get paid more for a similar role elsewhere

The culture is very positive and management is always supportive. You can switch between teams or domain anytime you fell like except for when you are enrolled in any critical project.

There is favouritism which rules the overall work. You feel demotivated even after putting everything you could.

Dislikes

... on experience basis and not on skill or work level. Favouritism is very high. Very less pay. No work life balance you have to work even on weekends.

Management is very poor. They gave unrealistic targets to recruiters. On daily basis domestic recruiters have to streach and work minimum 10 hours. According to company policy, Recruiters have to work 5 days in a week. But management dominates domestic bulk hiring recruiters and force them to work 6 days. They don't even give comp off. This is happening in Chandigarh IT park location.

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.
